Bring (or just think through) these three things:

  1. your top goal for the next 3–6 months
  2. a snapshot of a typical week (work, kids, workout time available)
  3. any injuries/pain or “red flags” I should know

  • If it’s a fit, I’ll walk you through The Everyday Athlete Blueprint (or the small-group Collective) and the exact next steps. If not, I’ll still point you in the right direction.
