This in-person assessment is designed to understand how your body moves, where you’ve been, and what kind of training will actually serve you right now.

History Intake + Goal Setting

We’ll sit down (yes, probably with coffee) and walk through your training history, injuries, stress load, and what strength actually means for you right now.

Vitals + Movement Portion

We’ll check grip strength and simple vitals, then move through foundational patterns so I can see how your body stabilizes, breathes, and produces force.

Next Steps

You’ll leave with a clear starting point, a prioritized focus, and a training direction built around your body – not a generic template.

During your in-person assessment, we’ll:

Review your movement patterns, mobility, and strength foundations
Talk through your training history, lifestyle, and current stress load
Identify what’s been holding you back from consistency or progress
Map out what a realistic, sustainable training rhythm could look like
