Hi, I’m Ellyse Abernathy, (Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Pre & Postpartum Fitness Expert), the founder of River Ford Fitness, in Cornelia, GA. In my private gym, I understand that everyone’s fitness goals and current fitness levels are different. That’s why I offer customized personal training and nutrition coaching to help you lose weight, train for an event, recover from an injury, safely exercise during pregnancy or return to fitness postpartum.
